On the afternoon of the 12th of May , 2008, an earthquake measuring 8 on Richter scale hit Sichuan Province, in South Western Part of China. By 14:00 on May 18th, 2008, death toll rises to 32,477. In memory of the victims in the deadly earthquake, a book of condolences will be opened in the Chinese Embassy (Narva mnt. 98, Tallinn) between 10:00 to 12:00 in the morning and 14:30 to 16:30 in the afternoon from the 19th to 21st of May, 2008.
